EPA threatens to issue enforcement correspondence to companies not complying with WEEE Legislation

The CEA have been contacting all members by letter, telephone and/or email, regarding the WEEE Directive, advising members of letter correspondence sent to Anthony Cooney, CEA Chairman by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), stating they will be initiating enforcement correspondence with companies who have failed to comply with the legislation to date.

The CEA advise all member, if you have not already done so, to contact Joe Devlin, WEEE Register Society Ltd, to ensure that your company has taken all the necessary steps to adhere to the legislation.
