Corcoran Food Equipment is a specialist catering equipment company operating out of Tralee, Co. Kerry. The company was founded in 1975 and has since grown to be a very proficient and respected company throughout the catering industry. With the recent dramatic growth in the tourism industry, the shortage of labour and predicted future growth, our company with our expertly trained service engineers and specialist kitchen and food service design people are a majorasset to the industry. We offer a complete CAD design service and supply top brand equipment such as Dexion cooking and refrigeration equipment, Lainox combi ovens and cooking systems, Hoonved wash-up technology and other quality products such as Panasonic microwaves, Macro water boilers, Robot Coupe food processing equipment, Miele and Unimec laundry equipment. While most of our business is in the Munster area over recent years our business throughout the country has steadily grown and we have completed several major projects throughout Northern Ireland and U.K. Another development in the catering market in recent times is the hugh growth in the freshly cooked food segment of the supermarket industry. We supply a complete package of Unox and Lainox bake ovens, Mercury hot food counters and complete refrigeration and air conditioning systems to this developing market.
